Is Learn to Rock for You?

Learn to Rock(11-18) is for any student aged 11-18 who has an interest in performing and/ or composing popular music of any genre. However, please read on as there are other Learn to Rock programmes soon to be launched which are suited to different age ranges.

Do you play an popular instrument already?
That’s great!...Learn to Rock is for you as all student ability will be catered for in highly differentiated teaching and learning groups encouraging all students to reach their full potential.

Are you a total beginner?
No problem!...Learn to Rock employs professional teachers and performers who are experts in teaching the basics of learning to play the electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboards and vocals from scratch.

Are you a classical musician who has an interest in learning more about performing contemporary popular music on a popular instrument?
Come and join!...The skills that you will have already acquired as a classical musician will only help you to develop your musical skills further within the contemporary popular music field.

Does your main interest lie in Music IT and how to use music software to create your own songs?
Come an learn an instrument too!...You can still gain loads of experience using Music IT to create your own songs but you will also be able to develop performance skills to be able to perform as part of your CD recordings.

Are you an adult who would love to participate on the Learn to Rock programme but have missed the maximum 18 years old category?
Watch this space!...Learn to Rock will soon be launching Learn to Rock ADULTS catering for any adult of 18 plus years who would like to begin to play a popular instrument or further enhance their instrument, performance and/ or composition skills.
